We do not publish binding text without legal review. A credible but unreviewed document would be relied on as if it were intended, which is worse than its absence.
What it will cover:
- Who may open an account, and in what capacity (organisation, trainer, learner)
- Acceptable use of environments: these are real machines with real network access
- Ownership of the training content you create
- Service availability and grounds for suspending an account
- Respective responsibilities and limits
