What a credit-hour is
One credit-hour is one learner, for one hour, on a standard workstation. A heavier environment consumes more, because it costs more to run, the multiplier is frozen when the session starts and never moves.
Beyond your plan
Nothing blocks and nothing is cut off: extra hours are billed on a degressive scale. The bands apply to the OVERAGE, not to total consumption.
You can set a spending cap: past it, overage stops being charged. The hours are still counted in full, the bill stops, the ledger does not lie.

What happens if I exceed my plan mid-session?
Nothing for your learners: the session continues. Hours beyond the plan move to the degressive rate above, and your dashboard shows month-to-date consumption at any time.
Am I billed for an idle workstation?
No. The meter follows each environment's real lifetime, and an idle workstation stops by itself. The pre-warmed workstations the platform keeps ready for instant start are never billed to you.
How do I check my invoice?
Every closed month produces an immutable statement carrying the price grid that computed it. You can download the session-by-session detail as CSV: the lines sum to the statement total.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. The change applies to the current month, and statements already issued do not move, a price change never rewrites history.
